Moving gym equipment

I am trying to figure out an accurate and safe amount of weight that I can load into my bed and tow on a 6' X 12' flat open utility trailer. I buy and sell gym equipment on the side and purchased an entire gym from a school. I have a 24' box truck that will be assisting with this but I am also paying an arm and a leg for the box truck so I want to do the majority of the moving of plates, dumbbells, and smaller things on my own. I have an 07 XLT Flareside Screw with the 5.4. I have over 10,000 pounds of weights I need to move and want to get it in as little trips as possible without hurting my truck. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Thank you. I am borrowing the trailer and don't have it in my possession yet. I will have to ask the owner what the capacity is then.
