Default Lift-a-load trailer - anyone?

I know it's a long shot, since I can't find much online about them, but here we go: has anyone used one of these?

http://www.advancemetalworking.com/liftfeatures.html

I'd be looking at the smaller, 12' unit.

For those who don't want to click / read, it's a trailer with a deck that raises from ground level up to 52" high to load / unload flat, without the need for a forklift

Why not use a regular cargo trailer, you ask? The ramp doors are too short, and make too much of an incline for my needs from a standard loading dock height (+/- 50")

Thanks!

It seems a little heavy for a F150. Empty it is right at 500 lb hitch weight capacity, and loaded hitch weight is 1200 lbs. The tongue doesn't look like it would accept a WDH very easily so I don't know how you'd pull it and be within specs of your truck.

^ yep, I started thinking of that last night too...
I'm going to do some more research on WDH, but it would be a PITA having to disconnect it every time you want to raise / lower the trailer...

might be a good excuse to get that dually I'm dreaming of
