Wow, all these nice trailers makin' me wish I kept mine. But with back issues I couldn't handle it alone. Had for about a year and only used it once. But I did camp out in the driveway. Does that count, Lol? It was a 2011 Keystone Bullet Premier 29REPR. Unusual floor plan. LR was in the rear. With both slides open it was nice and big. Dry weight was about 5,950lbs, Capacity was 1,650lbs. Towed nice. Miss it...

It pulls great and has plenty of power. In the flat lands coming out of northern Indiana headed west I was getting about 10.5 mpg. We had 20-25 mph gusty headwind across North Dakota where I was only getting 6 mpg. Once we hit the mountains in western Montana it would just go. I had the cruise set at 65 and it powered through he passes with no probelms and maintained 65 mph. It did really well holding the speed on the way back down too. My tt tires are rated to 75 mph. When the wind would cooperate I set the cruise at 70 and would get get 8.5 mpg. I dropped the speed to 65 and gain 1 mpg. Speed limit across North Dakota is 75, jumps to 80 in Montana. No way I'd ever pull a trailer that fast. This is the furthest I have ever pulled it (1600 miles from home to West Yellowstone) and I was really happy with the performance of the truck.

Just got back from a 6500 mile round trip pulling our 3000# clipper through 7 national parks. The 5.0 pulled great, better than my previous 2.7tt. Ran 5th gear 65 - 70 mph most of the time. Averaged 11-12 mpg. Worst was 8 mpg in SD with 25 - 30 mph head winds. I could get 13 - 14 mpg if I kept it under 65 mph.
