This is a custom mini toy hauler from Dunesport in Mesa, AZ. It's 12' x 7' & I had it built so I can use the ramp to load/carry a wheelchair that uses a Segway base (self balances). I don't need the chair all the time but it'll allow me to go places where I can't walk because of having had Polio as a child (I'm now 65.) I had a Ford Flex FWD non-EB & although Ford claims it'll tow 4500# the drive from Mesa back to OR was absolute proof that I needed a pickup.
I had Dunesport leave off some items (like a 13.5k BTU roof AC that would've turned me into a Popsicle) and I'm having a side folding twin size Murphy bed built. Dunesport standardizes a lot of their items so even on a trailer this small I have 50 gallon fresh, grey & black water tanks. I had the frame stretched 12" b/c I was going to mount a propane fueled Champion generator / inverter on the tongue but it'll ride in the pickup now. It's currently at an RV shop having the huge battery (Renogy 200ah 12v AGM) relocated from inside to a box on the tongue along with a few other things. I have a smooth sided aluminum contractor-style shell with barn doors (with windows) on order & it'll be painted to match the truck. It'll be fully lined & have (2) 42" LED strips. I already have a 1000# capacity Cargo Glide installed but there are still a few more things to do & then I'll take off for a few months. The plan is to 'snowbird' during the rainy season here & see a lot of the country I've only flown over.
Just ordered a very nice tan OEM center console that will replace the center seat. If you're in the Northwest & need a tailgate & a 20% center seat in excellent condition shoot me a PM. Once the Mod gives me permission I'll be listing them for sale as well.

Our second stop on our 2700 mile trip . Not a single issue with the tow....even to the point of my wife driving in Oregon with 40 mph cross winds. The truck and trailer did their job!
