When we added a welded on receiver for a rear bike rack we moved the spare tire under the trailer using a BAL Hide a Spare. There are a few different versions depending on trailer frame style. Works great!

It's in the truck box. I want to put it under the trailer, but haven't. The bike/cargo rack is factory option.

I have a 2011 F-150 XLT 5.0 V8 3.55 tow package and WDH. I tow a Coachman Chaparral 28RBS. Trailer is 6400lbs. I will have 4 adults in the truck heading from Ohio to Myrtle. Anyone see any problems?

I moved my spare off to one side on the bumper and the bike rack is attached to the welded receiver. Works great for us. limits the size of one bike, but it's a 4 bike rack. Do not attach a bike rack to the bumper unless it's been reinforced.

I am worried because the tongue weight they are saying is around 930 and 4 adults is 787. Then we still have to add in cargo. Which we are not taking much but I am worried I am over my payload

Load as much in the rear section of the trailer as you can. This will take some weight off of the front.
