If you watch craigslist religiously you might get lucky like i did. I've found two local to me, one for 200 and one for 450. Not typos.
Anything under 800 is a good deal, IMO. Took me a year to find the first one, and another year to find the second one.
Even if they look bad, get it. They are about bulletproof. $200 in parts at the most and you are golden.

Here is our setup
Just got the toy hauler last weekend. Going to be used for four kayaks and a bunch of mountain bike gear. Three girls and the wife.
GCWR is 14,400
Truck is 7200 GVWR
Toy hauler is 7200 GVWR
I will weigh at a scale when fully loaded.

My 31SQB is about 7300 dry with a 900lbs tounge weight. It is probably at or a little above my payload capacity (1650) when fully loaded. I have yet to get it to the scales, but will do so shortly and post back here with the results. My truck has no trouble pulling/stopping the trailer, but the weight on the hitch combined with the shear size of the trailer leads to an unsteady front end. Hopefully I can mess with the WDH and get it a little less squirrely. Otherwise, I love the trailer and the truck.

Jason, I am running with 900lbs tongue and noticed you really need to lift the rear of the truck off the ground to set your bars in place to insure you're throwing enough weight ahead on your front axles. I also installed Timbrens to limit proposing & squat.
