Nice looking setup!! It might just be the angle the picture was taken but the trailer looks a little nose high? You want the trailer either perfectly level or slightly noise down when hooked to the truck. Good luck and enjoy the new rig!

Looked nose high to me too, measured it several times and it is perfectly level. I think I am going to lower the hitch one hole just to see how it tows. I agree, my experience is that a bit nose down tows better.

Nice looking setup for sure. I woud leave it until you get it loaded and pull it a few times. My guess it once you are loaded with stuff you will be in good shape.

Let us know how it tows. I have a 27ft and get a lot of sway at about 60-65mph.

How well does your set up pull? Mine starts to sway at about 60-65mph.

Trailer is 7000 lbs dry. Towed it 150 miles with the setup pictured, no sway noticed at 60-65, or any other speed below that. Lowered the hitch 1.5 inches and towed it about 50 miles. May have tracked a bit better, and still no sway, but it was so windy out it was hard to tell. I never towed in such a strong cross wind with such a big trailer, it can really blow you sideways! Still no sway but having the whole truck and trailer move sideways as a unit is a real eye opener! I use an Equal-I-Zer brand hitch with 1000 lb bars.

I was just comparing the pics of my truck vs your truck in regards to the ride height. In the setup of my WD hitch, I run it pretty tight and have returned the front truck height to stock height without the trailer. My rear height is lower than stock by 1". It looks to me that your rear wheel wells have a larger space than the front. That would indicate to me that there is not enough tongue weight. With a trailer that size, proper tongue weight ought to weigh down the back a little, even with a WD hitch.
