Not yet but will this week if I get time. I have a tuner already and the pipe and egr delete is in the mail. The 5er is quite a bit taller than a tt though so more air resistance is probably the culprit. I've mostly only pulled through the mountains and against wind so far and my average is around 10 or a little better. My 5.4 f150 got 11-13 on flat ground so I was really expecting the diesel to be a little better. Pulls great though, doesn't even know the trailer is behind it. I love the 6.7, it's a beast and a tuner really wakes it up and makes her fly. expecting to see a slight increase without the emissions bs boggin her down.

I have a mid profile fiver (12' high) with an aerodynamic nose on it. Tucked in behind the cab it is much more aerodynamic than my travel trailer was. At 60-62, I average 10 mpg with my Ecoboost. My 2003 Tundra only got 8 with the TT, so I am pleased. I even got 12 mpg once on a 750 mile trip with favorable winds.

Only 14k miles, no issues yet but I'm betting it would most likely be the first thing to give trouble if I left it stock. Most complicated exhaust system ever, lol! I have the Ford nozzle to fill it but it never works right and is a pain. Not sure if there's a kink in the air tube or what but it takes some shaking and squeezing to get it to flow. I rinsed it out before using and water runs through it fine so I'm not sure what the issue is. I use 2.5 gal jugs instead of the 1 gal ones that the nozzle came with but I don't see how that would matter.

I got a question about how much my truck can handle. I'm looking at a 32ft fifth wheel and weight is 5600 dry. But I'm driving a 05 f150 with 3..73 gears and the 4.6 liter would my. Truck handle this kind of weight to pull?
