Where was that and what kind of tires did you have? That sucks. Thieves best hope I never catch them doing that to my truck! The police won't be involved. I have a backhoe.

It was about 200ft from my front door, I live just outside of Edmonton Alberta, I had aftermarket Mayhem 7 spoke wheels and GY LT tires stock size. Believe me if I was to catch them in the act, they would not be walking away that's for sure, but I was asleep when it happened. If I was able to park in my driveway I'm pretty sure it would have never happened. But the city decided to rip up the side walk infront of my place and they blocked off the road, so I had to park on the main street.

Did you put that piece of wood under your rotor or the thieves? I only ask because if they did, that's mighty nice of them.

Lol, they did, my guess is that they used the wood to support the truck, deflated the tires and removed them. Then the truck fell over, the front swung out towards the road then the rear towards the curb and bounced off the curb damaging the rotor and studs. The front was lucky it stayed elevated but the rear landed on the rotors.

I will never take my camper onto a beach after watching a guy shell out a thousand dollars to a big rig tow truck when he got his 40ft diesel pusher stuck in the sand. Waaaay too scary, lol.
