Default Your towing experience with 2" level and Nitto “SL” rated tires

Hi all,
I'm looking at upgrading tire size from my current 275/60R20 Hankook Dynapro AT2 to an Nitto Recon All terrain 275/65R20 with a 2" spacer level. I've had quotes for several of the E load tires but am also interested in something like those "SL" Nitto Recon tires because they are so much lighter. I realize ride quality and MPG will most likely suffer with the "E" rated as compared to the "SL". My question is for those that have a 2" (or close) leveling and the "SL" tires, how has your towing experience been affected? For comparison, I'm towing a 27 foot travel trailer at around 5600-5700lbs loaded and 650lbs tongue weight with WDH. I've got the Max Tow package, 1812lb payload, with 4.5" rake (41.5" rear, 37"front). With the trailer attached and no WDH my back drops to 40" with no real change on the front. With a 2" leveling spacer I would still have around 1" rake before loading wife and 300-500 lbs of gear in the truck. The Hankooks already have several 100 mile trips on them towing at those specs and have done pretty well but I do feel some sway flex in them at around 60-65mph. Last trip I ran them at 45psi but couldn't really tell a difference. If I have to go with an "E" load tire and take the MPG and ride hit then that's what I'll do but If many of you have had good experience with the 2" level and bigger SL rated tire then I will surely consider that. I primarily drive pavement but tow travel trailer 10-15 times a year on longer trips. I off road a few times a year at lease. Usually nothing more than wet or muddy dirt roads.
