Default Hitch slop

Towing 4000lb boat with 2015 F150. Installed Reese town bar and ball. While trailering I have slop forward, backward and up and down. Have looked for a sleeve to take up the gap but have been unsuccessful. Wrapping with duct tape helps but eventually works it's way out. Suggestions?

I have been reading reviews on the suggested Hitch Vise. Seems like people who use it are very satisfied. Will give it a try. Thanks for the help.

I bought mine years ago, but now I'm having trouble finding the HitchVise online anywhere. Did you find it? It's basically two steel plates with two bolts that clamp the ball mount and prevent rattling.

OK I found a video of what I bought. I can't find this particular one for sale anymore, but I've noticed that there are several similar to it online.

Are you using the correct sized ball?

Yes I am. Ball and hitch are both 2" It's a small amount of slop but on these crappy Midwest roads it's quite annoying.
