Question overdrive?

I have a 2000 F150 w/5.4 and tow pkg. Even though I bought it new, I will be towing on freeway for first time. I will be towing a u-haul trailer from Athens GA to Pinellas Park FL. My question is, should I turn overdrive off for the trip?

I would try it with OD on at first. If it constantly downshifts out of OD, then turn OD off. But if it stays in OD most of the time, then leave it on.
