Does help to post WHAT kind of trailer being towed. Without stating it, you will see the answers you got prior to posting the boat. Have fun and enjoy, your truck will be happy towing that boat.

TTs average about 13% tongue weight (TW). Boat trailers average closer to 8% TW. So a 6,500 pound TT would have TW of around 845 pounds, and hitch weight around 945 pounds with a WD hitch that is required for TW over 500 pounds. But a 6,500 pound boat trailer would have only a hair over 500 pounds TW, and most owners wouldn't bother with a WD hitch.
A lot of boat trailers won’t accept a weight distribution set up because they don’t have an A frame at the front of the trailer.

Personally, I would not tow a boat trailer with a gross weight of 6,500 pounds without a WD hitch. But lots of folks do.

I've got a 2018 F150 SuperCrew 4x4 fx4 short wheel base with 3.5 Ecoboost 3.55 axle and towing package. I'm assuming the following cargo in the truck.
Driver - 235 lbs
Passenger - 275 lbs
2nd row - 400 lbs
Cargo in bed - 200 lbs
Can someone calculate the max trailer weight I can tow. I took some pictures of what I think the relevant stickers are on my truck - but am still confused on what I can realistically tow. I don't use the bumper to tow anything - I use the receiver hitch.
Appreciate anyones input here...

Your F-150 has several weight ratings. GVWR, GCWR, front and rear GAWRs, receiver hitch, etc. You should not exceed any of those weight ratings.
The GVWR is gross vehicle weight rating, or the maximum allowable gross vehicle weight (GVW) on the 4 truck tires when sitting on a truck scale, such as a CAT scale. GVW includes the vehicle itself, driver and passengers, pets, the weight of any tools, jacks and other cargo in or on the vehicle, and the weight of the WD hitch and tongue weight of the trailer. Tow vehicles have several weight ratings, but the GVWR is usually the limiter as to how heavy a trailer you can tow without being overloaded. GVW should NEVER exceed GVWR.
Mark asked which tow pkg you have because you cannot estimate the max trailer weight without knowing which tow pkg you have.

Boat trailers with a pole tongue instead of an A-frame tongue can still mount a WD hitch by using a pole tongue adapter. Like this one:

I have been towing boats for over 30 years and would be willing to bet he is well under 500lbs tongue weight on that trailer. The boat sits pretty far back as shown in the pic, and that design of boat is very stern heavy. It will tow just fine without a WDH, there is no need for it with that set up. Enjoy towing with your new F150 and get out on the water, my boat is covered in snow right now!
