DA: 3,840 - 2,540 = 1,300 lbs.
SA: 3,300 - 2,940 = 360 lbs
1,300 - 360 = 940 lbs which aligns with my tongue scale.

13% is just a target
in our enclosed, I can’t seem to get too much tongue. The more tongue I can get seems to equate to more weight I can transfer with the bars on stiffer settings.
still trying to figure out the camper. My current hypothesis is that my hitch is a hole high so when I get any kind of weight transfer, the rear end gets light on the truck. I’ve got Timbrens, KO2’s at 70psi, hellwig sway bar. I should have a over built f150 for a 6000lb loaded trailer.
One thing to consider is that a WDH isn’t really needed with F250’s and your camper. Something isn’t right with your set up if a BO is making it squirrely

Well reduce the tension on the bars and try it, that will also lower the trailer tongue.

I get reading the hitch rating a WDH isn’t necessary- I guess it’s just engrained in me and I’d like to find a way to make it work - especially since I already purchased the system.

They have a slight curve to them but not as much as I’ve seen online. I have it on 9 links from the loose end too. They are on tight. GVWR 7,600 lbs / 1,500 lb bars.

OK, Do not turn off ESC. That wont do a thing, what you DO want to turn off ( and surprised BO didn't recommend this since it was them that recommended it in the first place), turn off the SWAY control in the truck. Go into the trailer settings and disable it, then go for a drive. Before turning it off on mine, which I also have 1500 pound bars with a nearly identical setup as yours, I would get a weird wiggle in the truck when a truck either passed the other way on a two lane, or when a cross wind hit. After turning it off, rock solid.
When you factor in the weight on the receiver with the hitch, you are over 1000 pounds. Anything behind the axle should also be factored in. You have the correct bars for that trailer. Filling the FWT provided it is in front or above the front axle will also help some.
Give disabling sway control a try and see if that solves it, worked for me with nearly the same setup as yours.
BTW here is mine all set up.
