Default Heavy duty payload pkg for 2019

Will there be any changes in this payload pkg or different options available when ordering this in a 2019 F150 thanks

The order guide for the 2019 F-150 had not been released when I asked my dealer last week. As soon as it's released, I plan to order a 2019 F-150 with HDPP. That reminds me, I need to ask him again if the Order Guide is available yet. Oops! He's a small-town itty-bitty Ford dealer in Stanton TX, east of Midland, that closes on Saturday, so I'll have to wait until Monday.

Until Ford releases the 2019 F-150 Order Guide to dealers, no one can answer your question. When the order guide is released, I have my dealer print out a copy for me to use to go over with a fine-tooth comb to see exactly what I want to order. I've done this before so this is not my first rodeo.

I look forward to your discoveries. I also would like to order a HDPP truck but waiting for certain options. Thanks

Do you expect anything to change? The 2019 Fleet guide has been out for a couple months. https://www.fleet.ford.com/resources.../2019_F150.pdf
With incentives relatively good and prices certainly set to increase now is probably a good time to sneak an order in before the deadline. I placed mine for a Screw, 6.5 HDPP, max tow, XLT in blue jeans on Tuesday.

I don't have a fleet PIN so I cannot order from the fleet order guide. Plus that order guide does not contain all the details of what is included in the various packages. For example, the max tow package is listed, but no details of what is included. Ford has changed that package before, and they might do it again. Details are available on fleet.ford.com, but that's a poorly-designed website that doesn't work well with my slow satellite ISP. So I'll wait for the retail order guide before I place my order. Fortunately there's nothing wrong with my 2012 F-150, so I'm in no hurry to be the first in town with a 2019 F-150.

No, you may choose any cab Ford builds. There are lots of restrictions, but cab is not one of them.

Wheelbase (i.e., bed length) is restricted to only the "long" bed. 8' bed with std cab or SuperCab, 6.5' bed with SuperCrew. And trim packages are restricted so nothing luxurious is available with HDPP. On a 2018,You could order XL, XLT base 300A, XLT mid 301A, and Lariat base 500A. If you want fancier, such as Lariat 501A or 502A, King Ranch, Platinum, or Limited trim then you could not not have HDPP on a 2018 F-150 . On a 2019 F-150, you can no longer order HDPP with Lariat trim. You can have any trim package you want on a SuperDuty, so If you want fancy with enough payload capacity to tow your TT, then consider an F-250 or F-350 SRW instead of an F-150.
