Sorry to say but the new tires handle towing MUCH better than those "LT" tires the truck came with and 6 PSI doesn't make much difference at all when comparing 18" tires to 20" tires. The 20's have a stiffer side wall for starters, and less side wall for firmer handling. These are also listed as Light Truck and SUV tires. That is why no P in front of the size as they are not P metrics.
Besides if I wanted real LT tires, I would have bought a truck they are needed for, an F350, but I have no need for that robust a tire, I don't overload the truck.

What difference does it make? They handle the truck and trailer better than those crap year "LT" tires ever did. I'm happy with them. Besides LT stands for Light Truck and they are made for Light Truck.
I don't overload my truck like others gleefully state they do, so I have no need for hard riding Load E tires. I bought tires designed for light trucks and SUV's, and they handle very well.

Well, I just found this quote right in the builders guide for the 2014, 2016, and 2017 F150 builders guide:
So the wheels should be included in the RAWR of 4800 lbs, not sure why they are specified lower.
(3) Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR) is determined by the rated capacity of the minimum component of the axle
system (axle, computer-selected springs, wheels, tires) of a specific vehicle. Front and rear GAWRs will, in all
cases, sum to a number equal to or greater than the GVWR for the particular vehicle. Maximum loaded vehicle
(including passengers, equipment and payload) cannot exceed the GVWR.
