Short answer is no.
From what I can dig out of the 2011 and later Order Gudes, for 2011 thru 2014 model year, SelectShift tranny with tow/haul mode was standard on Lariat and above trim. It was included as part of the regular or max trailer tow pkg on XL, STX , FX and XLT trim. Without SelectShift, you still had a 6-speed automagic tranny, but no tow/haul and no paddle shifters.
Beginning with 2015 model year, 6-speed with tow/haul - but not Select Shift (paddle shifters) - was standard on the XL base trim with base V6 engine. IOW, work trucks usually ordered by big fleets. All others had the SelectShift tranny with tow/haul mode.
