I have the same trailer and we're really happy with it. Pulling it with my new (to me) 2007 Lariat Supercab 5.4. Although I'd love a bigger tire setup, I kept it stock to keep my rear rear end ratio. I'll see if I can find my Cat scale sheet to give you a rough idea of the real world weight w/gear, propane, etc. (it's posted somewhere here). Truck pulls great and I'm really happy with this rig. This site was great in helping me with the setup.

Not sure if it's the angle of the pic, but it looks like you need to tighten up your bars on your hitch. The front fender seems higher than the rear, which is not good.

Also, what does the sticker in your door jamb say for payload? What you stated seems low. I have a similar truck but with a moonroof and 3.73 gears and my payload is 1675.
Yes, the angle of the pics makes it look nose up. I was dead level. I reset with front fender wells at same height before trailer.

Nice. How do you like your NASH? I see you are in SoCal. What speed/gear do you maintain and at what RPM on the I5 climb north of LA?

We love it. We decided we wanted a true 4 season trailer and the Northwood products were the way to go for us. Camped comfortably in the snow in Oregon at -7 and down in the desert at 100+. We did our homework and decided we wanted something an F150 could tow without problems. Couldn't see 30k-50+ for a new truck, but blessed to find the truck and the trailer w/low miles and well taken care of. The 5.4s have their history, but as I said, I got it w/low miles. Changed over to 5w-30 synth, changed the spark plugs early to the better ones, and hoping for lots more miles.

I15 up the Cajon pass is hard to say for me. Both times I've been up, it was stop and go traffic all the way traffic jams. The biggest struggle for us was West on the 84/86 heading to Boise from the I15. Lots of up hill on a REALLY windy day against the wind. 2nd (4sp) gear most of the way, but managed the speed limit. 9.5 mpg on that one. Everywhere else, it's been fine.
