Firestone Ride-Rite Air Springs Installed

It my understanding that the bags should have 5 lbs in at all times ? do you feel that 5# in the ride?
Right now I have the RAS but am thinking of the bags because when I put 800# in the bed I have to adjust my HID projectors because of the squat

40lbs/psi
is what those airbags are supporting. I keep mine at 8psi when empty to support my topper. it puts the rear height back exactly where it was when the truck was new and topperless. 20 psi towing is enough to offset any weight of camping stuff and my wdh distributes the tongue weight properly. very stable all around.

I like the RAS and would like to keep it. Thats why I would like to install airbags
The RAS does more then just level your load like the airbags,,,axle wrap, wheel hop, sway, body roll
