F150 Power Fold Tow Mirrors are in the works

I purchased a 2016 f-150 XLT and got the standard mirrors. I didn't get the tow mirrors because I was afraid they would be too wide to fit through my garage door. Do you know the difference in dimensions of the tow mirrors and standard mirrors. I have about 4" to spare on both sides before I would hit.
We currently do not have tow mirrors available to us for the 2015+ model years. I send our manufacturer an email this morning to see if there's anything in the works that I'm unaware of.
I'll keep you guys in the loop if there's anything coming our way in the near future.

Question for anyone, but I am looking at mirrors at 1A so this is kinda targeted at Tony, too.
I have a 2014 F150 Platinum and therefore have heated, memory, and folding *small* mirrors. I want to change to towing mirrors and I have found this from previous posts and Google search: http://www.1aauto.com/2007-14-ford-f...1024601&y=2014. These are nice, but they appear to be mod'd from the Ford Super-Duty line.
My truck is all stock and I'd like to keep it that way. Therefore, I'd like to find the stock-style F150 towing mirrors like these: http://www.1aauto.com/ford-f150-truc...1055345&y=2014, but power fold is a must. Were these stock-style towing mirrors ever made from Ford OE or from the aftermarket with power fold? It seems like in the later years before aluminum (i.e. 2013, 2014) that towing / power fold was available as a dealer installed option.
FYI sorry if this was covered in the previous posts of this thread. I have read through recent posts as well as googled and still have not found a definitive answer to my inquiry above.

Hey man I have a 2012 that had the fully loaded small mirrors on it when I got the truck. I wanted fully loaded tow mirrors and didn't want to pay ford 2k lol. Tony hooked me up with the mirror on my truck now. They are tow mirrors with everything my old stock mirrors had (except the puddle light) I hope this helps you

The 2014 F150s with Max Tow package do use the superduty style mirrors, although i think the mounting may be different. I have them as the factory mirrors on mine and they are power telescope and fold but I not sure on the memory. My wife and I both use the same driving position so they dont need to adjust ever. Older max tow trucks had the mirrors you linked in your second link.

Absolutely perfect explanation. I had never seen a picture of factory power-fold tow mirrors. I guess it would be in the best interest of Ford to have done it that way (to copy from SuperDuty for F150). Looks like I'll be buying the 1A offering then as it seems to be same as factory in 2014.
