As someone who has towed with a cheap WDH and then towed with a Blue OX the difference is night and day.

Should be on the federal ID VIN sticker on the door...........listed under "SPR" for Spring.

There will be a code for the springs, locker, axle ratio, wheelbase, etc

The trailer tracked much better in the wind and on the highway. There was much less issues when semi's passed by - much more stable. I would never go back to a cheap hitch. Its a lot less effort to buy a new hitch.

my truck has VVGG and doesn't squat alot, at all
mine say's SSCC

It squats 2 5/8" with a 650 lb tongue weight and it is down 1" with the bars on the hitch.
