It doesn't take a big trailer to cause trouble!!
As per title....and I'm going to assume it is caused by improper loading...over loading....

Had a generator trailer like that come off from a vehicle travelin near me. Rolled and sparked across 5 lanes. No safety chains or breakaway brakes. Crazy. Just pay attention is the mora of the story.

Yep, too much weight loaded behind the axle of the trailer.
What do you think the tongue weight was since the trailer was nose up when it disconnected? Normally, you'd want 10-15% or so. In this case, it was likely -20%!
