Does payload rating include a full tank of gas?

One thing to remember about payload, IF you are ordering your truck and not buying one from the lot don't rely on the ford spec sheets! For my EB payload showed 2060lbs on spec sheet. Of course this is without any accessories... Once truck came in the lot, door sticker shows 1560lbs because of the moon roof plus other option with 502A package... So with my payload reality (kids, dog, other crap and TT hitch weight) I have only 100lbs spare vs. What I taught to be 500lbs from spec sheet... :-(

Who weights 150... I'm short and not overweight. At 5'6" I'm 164 as of this morrning. Just saying. I wouldn't worry bout it trucks have forever been over loaded just saying I've put 2 yards of blue stone in my 95 150

We all see truck and Travel Trailer or Fifth Wheel combination that are truly over loaded daily. The only thing that worries me about over Payload is not the vehicle for sure but the claim/insurance in case of an accident. If they determine I was 120lbs over payload sticker for example, then how will insurance or law react to it? Specially in the US (I am Canadian based) Anyone have ever experience this situation? What was the outcome...
