Default Battery Isolator?

I have a 2015 XLT with the Trailer Tow package (not the Max one). We just bought a Lance travel trailer. The dealer said to make sure that our truck has a battery isolator, which will prevent the trailer from draining the truck battery when we are connected to the trailer.

I assume that when we are hauling, the truck is charging the trailer battery, but when not hauling (and still connected), it could drain the truck battery. Is the battery isolator already part of our truck's towing wiring, or is it something I'll need to add? Is it easy to add if needed?

Thanks for the help.

It's on a relay...Key on charge...key off no charge.. it can't drain the truck battery with the key off and relay open.
