Again, I know what I am talking about. I am not some internet troll trying to start crap.
You do not have to argue with me but I am not the one that has had to replace the same cat twice now because of misinformation.
I will stop interrupting your very interesting thread now.
I will say I am very impressed with your work and the fact that you took on this project. It sounds like something I would do. My current FX4 was an insurance purchase.

I have almost bought several salvage vehicles but afraid of the resell on them . I got the U joints in the driveshaft yesterday there's a balancing ring on the yoke that comes out of the transfer case. It was all kinds to croaked on there. I think that's what was causing the vibration ford wanted $160 I went to a driveline shop they said they just knock that ring off that it's not needed so that's what I did. Headed out to get the camper wireing finished up and the weight distribution hitch on and headed to the scales .

Great work on the trailer.
I think a leaky injector would show those same symptoms of hard start then smoky exhaust. Will it hold fuel pressure with the pump and engine off?

Man, I used to be an RV Sales Rep in Ohio. The Zeppelin came out right before I got out of the business and I got to look at a few of them. Keystone always made solid products, but I can't believe they put out this crap.
We sold other Keystone stuff that wasn't considered lightweight (Sprinter, Tailgator) and it was good stuff.
I was always skeptical of anything with the word "Lite" on the side or built to be light weight. As you might imagine, I didn't sell a lot of light trailers.
