Gain of two is what i get on normal stopping and if I have to brake harder then maybe a 3 or four. I have a f150 and I have never felt like the TT was pushing the truck. I also plan very carefully on trying not to make sudden stops. My trailer is only 6000 loaded so if you have a bigger unit then maybe a 5-7 would be more to you liking.

It's going to the dealer tomoprrow to make sure everthing is ok. Going to also try and talk to the tech and make sure I am doing all the dash settings correctly. The manual dosen't seem to apply to my truck to much. Thank you everyone for the replies.
