Smile Brake controller harness question

Recently purchased used 2011 F150. Has the tow harness and in the glove compartment was a bag 9L3T-15A416-AD with jumper harness 9L3T-14A348-A and a relay and Fuse(?). Problem is the jumper harness does dot fit the 14-way wiring connector under the instrument panel. The jumper harness casing is same size as 14-way wiring connector casing.

Can anybody tell me what's wrong?

Thanks

Are you trying to use harness in glove box to hook up?

That's for aftermarket TBC only.

You should just plug harness from the dash into TBC and yes there may be a plug on harness you have to pull off before putting TBC.

Default thanks for response

hey seaeagle2 and res4cue, thanks for your responses. Seaeagle2 you are correct there was a "cover" and now fits without it.
