I can also feel it throughout different speeds. When going over rough roads i can def feel my front wheels hops(i know unrelated) and I can feel my rear wheels hop. I have a 2010 FX4 SCREW short bed. Brand new 17*9s with 315/70/17 and ranchos all the way around...guy before me put a 3in body lift and leveling spacers....that I plan to swap out for a 4in suspension(that with the taller spindles well cure my front wheel hop). As I don't have much experience in this axle wrap and wheel hop I guess I want to verify what was going on with my truck is related to what everyone is talking about.
With that many modifications I don't think anything in this tread applies, or will fix your issues.
I see some time in a shop....

Agreed. Sounds like bitched aftermarket parts/installation.
Return to stock and start over.

Im thinking...well hoping...that it changes mostly with removing the stupid body lift. Thinking about getting the 4" BDS lift.

And when i say slight...i mean very slight "shudder" or tight vibration...so slight other people in the truck dont feel it just the driver.

2013, 4x4, Eco, Screw, 6 1/2' box, 3:31 Eaton Locker. Just turned 90,000 miles
I have read this entire thread, I don't have the low speed shudder. My issue is the high speed shudder / vibration between 50 and 75mph while towing. I have had the truck three years this coming December and had never towed with it till last two weekends, as i always hauled all the bikes and gear in the back of the truck. Purchased an all aluminum 7x15 V nose Motorcycle trailer total weight 1550lbs. While towing the back of the truck shakes like driving over a wash board, its comes and goes but does it most of the time. I pulled a smaller V nose of a friends the prior weekend and had the same issue, at that time i though something was going on with the trailer. Has anyone come up with a fix for this issue?

I see they mostly have fixed the low speed problem correcting the Axel Wrap. With the truck bed loaded with about 1000 pounds of bikes and gear or empty I never have this problem, but it is very bad with a trailer hooked up at Hwy speeds.

Sorry to hear you are also getting that rear shudder/vibration problem. We have sent out over 250+ kits to F150 owners in this forum for various reasons including load leveling/suspension support, sway control and axle wrap. The majority of the RAS kits we have sent out have been for issues related to that shudder in the rear end at low speed, from acceleration. Because this is indicative of a true axle wrap issue, we have had some great success mitigating those issues.Even though that high speed shudder is not really indicative of an axle wrap problem, we have sent kits out for truck owners to try out. The results have really been mixed with some owners reporting that it helped some, while others saying it hadn't really helped at all. In full disclosure, I can't recall any that reported back that the RAS completely rid the truck of that vibration issue at high speeds.

You'll find some great reviews of the Roadmaster Active Suspension for load leveling/towing, performance, sway axle wrap etc. Everybody that installs the product loves it and we stand behind it! With that said, I would never want to over promise on an issue that we've really received mixed reviews on.

For those interested, I will be posting another F150 forum members special a bit later today. Feel free to ask me questions any time.

I recently purchased a 2014 FX4 and would like to see what kind of deal you have with the RAS.

I was the original poster that installed, tested and reviewed the RAS on my FX2 several years ago. I believe my post sparked a group buy back then.

I loved the RAS and am interested in them again.

I'll be keeping an eye on this post for the special.

Recently purchased and installed the RAS on my 2010 150. I don't have much performance feedback, yet, but will say it took longer to get the tire off than to install the RAS. Incredibly easy, and where we did have questions, the install video on the website was perfect.

Thanks for the installation feedback!
That's the beauty of the RAS, set it and forget it. Once you find that correct tension setting on our spring, you never have to make and readjustments and it won't stiffen or harden that stock ride.

.....and it is not even necessary to take the wheels off. Support the frame ahead of the spring perch, let the rear hang, and there is tons of room to lean in and install. Did my wife's truck that way and took a half hour in a snow storm. Note, I am very gravity-enhanced, so if I can fit, pretty much anyone can!
