Any Good 2016 F150 Tow Mirrors?

+1 for sure
The OEM tow mirrors are great, even for every day use. I actually find them to be much better than the standard mirrors when it comes time to park the truck. If the price works for you and you don't mind having bigger mirrors on the truck full-time I think they're a great choice. My test drives were both in vehicles equipped with the standard mirrors. Until my truck arrived and I started using the tow mirrors daily I was uncertain whether I had made the right decision in ordering the tow mirrors rather than the standard ones. Having daily driven with them now, though, there's no looking back...or, actually I guess there is...that's kind of the point, isn't it?

If you choose the 40/20/40 split front then the 360 isn't an option. For the OP it wouldnt be $2K because he hasn't purchased the truck, yet. Additionally, if you have the 360 cameras then you're already in a different boat than most. I suspect that the trucks the OP was looking at aren't 360 view-equipped...because most aren't.

I ended getting the Ksource. Very nice, no shaking, really really like them. Can see all the way down the sides of the trailer and they actually look factory. No scratches either. Taller glass provides great view and turn signals shine nicely through the window built for them.

standard mirrors have. Depending on your harness that your truck presently has, you may have to change that too.
They are expensive. I told the dealer that I wouldn't purchase the truck without mirrors and was willing to pay extra to have them. I agreed to 600.00 extra.
The mirrors are twice that, here in Ontario, and the dealer replaced the harness too at roughly another 260.00 for the pair.
I then had power tow mirrors with signals and clearance lights and heated and auto dimming. Because my XLT didn't have the spots or puddle lights, they didn't work even though the mirrors had them.

**** Mirrors
A couple more pics...
The thumbscrew is what holds the mirror on tightly. There is a wedge (for lack of a better description) that slides in a groove. You are supplied with neoprene strips that stick to the wedge. The wedge and thumbscrew work together to hold the mirror on.

Just curious, are your stock mirrors power, heat,t/s, and manual fold. I notice you don't have the spots. I'll have to look at mine again, they just seem to be shaped differently.

Could you post a couple pics of your Ksource mirrors?? Like to see what they actually look like on a vehicle...

Wow, didn't notice but the spots are missing! I use mine all the time and was happy to get it on the passengers side where my 2012 was missing the spot on the passenger side.
