Default Adding Trailer brake & 7 way plug No tow package!

I have a 2013 F150 Supercab 5.0 with a Continental Stepped topper. I have added a class IV hitch with a flat four way connected. I am going to start towing an enclosed cargo trailer so I have to add a trailer brake and a 7 way trailer plug. I have no tow package so have to add the wiring, the plug and the brake controller. I have purchased a Tekonsha P3 but have to hard wire it with no plug available. Also purchased a 7 way adapter kit through etrailer.com with a 20 amp breaker for the controller. Found a video for installing the adapter and I think I can get through that part. What I need help with is installing the wiring on the controller. Not quite sure on a couple of points so any help would be appreciated.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I thought all the wiring was in place regardless of whether it actually got built with a tow package or not. Look behind the cubby hole right of the steering column and see if there is an unused 4-5 wire plug clipped to the back of it. That's the brake controller feed/output. If my suspicions are correct the brake and charge wires are tucked up in the frame to the left of the spare tire. If everything is there its plug-n-play, no pulling wires.

That is what the dealer told me too. I found Plug under dash It was taped to a support with no wires. See picture!

Good Old Ford Plug was there not connected to anything!
Went to back and the only wires were for tail lights and turn signals.
