Default Added a washer to the hitch and rearranged some cargo in the toy hauler

Added a washer to the hitch head and rearranged some cargo (and added some) in the toy hauler since the last trip and weigh-in.

Camper had a full load of water and propane and two batteries.
Went from 347 lbs. to 587 lbs. in the truck (one occupant vs two occupants).
Went from 6820 lb. camper wt. to 7320 lb. camper wt. (added another motorcycle and another set of gear, 500 lbs.). (7765 rating)
Went from 6 washers to 7 washers in the hitch head.
Went from 5960 lb. trailer axle wt. to 6620 trailer axle wt. (+ 660 lbs.) (7000 rating)
BUT went from 1000 lb. hitch weight (including the weight of the hitch) to 860 lb. hitch weight (-140), even with 500 lbs. more in the trailer.
Drive axle load went DOWN from 3680 to 3540, 96% down to 92% of GAWR.
Hitch wt. percentage went from 14.7% to 11.7% of trailer wt.
Percentage of weight returned to the steer axle went from 65% to 89%.
I really have to jack up the tongue now to attach the WD bar chains.

GCW went from 12660 to 13400 (+740). GCWR is 15300.

The trailer axles and the truck GVW are at 95% of rated capacity and the truck drive axle is at 92%. GCW is at 88% of GCWR. The scales are telling me that I don't need to add another rider and bike to the load.

It's towing with an EAZ Lift 1000 Elite with one friction anti-sway bar and Michelin Defender P-metric tires and all is well.

Previous weigh-in.

Latest weigh-in.

Great info for any one willing to take the time to digest and understand it. Also congrats on 110,000 on your EB.

Was going to ask how it tows with the lighter ball, but since it's a 2013, already know, tows great. Bet that same setup on a 16 would tow like mine.

Agreed!

I've used that spreadsheet and it is awesome for setting up the truck, trailer and hitch.
