Your trailer shouldn't be a problem. I think your WD hitch setup isn't doing what it should. Don't use air bags to cover up a different problem. I'd get the WD sorted out.

Something is not adding up here.
First, 600# should not cause significant sag. I am above that with my quad and gear in the bed and am not sagged near that.
Second, your numbers are wrong. At 600# TW your are at less than 10% TW which would cause serious sway at highway speeds. Either your trailer is is less or the TW is more. By the sounds of it your TW is much more. With that trailer the TW needs to be at least 650# and likely over 700#. At 15%, a more realistic TW, you would be at 950#. A big difference.
Get some definite numbers first. At this point bags are only a crutch to a bigger problem. If you bag it you are only covering up the issue, not solving it.
FWIW I think bags are awesome, after you have everything sorted out.
