3.55's. Got over 11 mpg doing a 2600 mile trip a couple weeks ago. Down the 101 (Oregon Coast) to Sacramento, then up towards 97...Bend, Oregon and Snoqualmie Pass.

This is my 2015 5.0L w/tow package, 1891 payload, aux trans cooler, 36 gallon tank. The trailer is a Forest River Micro-Lite, trailer comes in at close to 4,000lbs with full fresh water tank and loaded with supplies, tongue weight at 540lbs (two full propane tanks & two 12v batteries). Hitch is a Husky with 600lbs - 800lbs bars. I just got the truck, set up the hitch and towed it around town to give it a little test but haven't taken it on a trip yet so I don't know mpg while towing. Mostly dry camp on public lands in remote places in Colorado and Utah. The truck barely knows the trailer is back there. :-)

That truck has no problem pulling that TT! Like us, you probably forget you have a trailer attached sometimes!!!! I love the sound of the 5L working! I think I've said that before

2015 5.0 3.55 gears, pulls my TT very well. I am not sure exactly how heavy as I have never weighed it, but full of gear and water I would guess between 6000-7000 lbs.

Ok, I'll ask first.....how to you know you're within the weight ratings then?

I ask, because with our TT at about 5000 - 5300 lbs, I'm just within all my legal weights.

Question: Is that the Anderson WDH setup on there? If so, how do you like it?
