Just got my F150 a couple of months ago and have not had the trailer on it yet. It was hard to see behind the Frontier I had before. I am thinking it well be worse behind the F150 especially when changing lanes. I also like to be able to see what it is doing when I am driving. Mainly will be towing it during the day.

I was thinking of adding rookie Sticks like this to the back corners.
