33” tires and weight distributing hitch
I have a 2019 F150 with a 5.0, 2.25” level, and 33” tires. I’m looking to get a weight distributing hitch, but it appears most weight distributing hitches may not have enough adjustment on the receiver so the trailer sits level. I bought one kit and started installing it. If I’m setting the hitch up correctly, then I think I’m about 3” too high on the lowest setting for the ball. Are there weight distributing hitches made specifically for my application or am I doing something incorrect?

If the ball needs to be dropped another 3" from the lowest setting, contact the WDH manufacturer and see if they offer a longer shank.
Here are a few options from Etrailer
Weight Distribution Shanks
One thing to keep in mind is that while your trailer may be level and the WDH is set up correctly, your truck may still ride "nose up". A stock truck has a rake so that when the rear is loaded with a trailer or stuff in the bed, the truck rides level to the stock front of the truck.

You can find longer drop shanks for the WDH. Here's an example of one, https://www.etrailer.com/Accessories...0-02-4400.html
