Looks like I need to run through the setup again. Perhaps the 1400lb RZR is counteracting all the tongue weight to ZERO. The front of the RZR is right above the front trailer axle.

In front of the trailers front axle is 60gal of water when full. Toilet and one piece fibreglass shower. 6cu.ft. fridge. Two 12v batteries and converter and odds and ends.maybe 1000lbs plus the water approximately.

Is it possible the front of the trailer would be WAY TOO heavy? I though being too light on the tongue caused this not being too heavy.

So weighing it would be wise.

If they are the Hankook Dynapro ATm, they are an XL tire (so p-rated that can handle more than 35 psi). I'd air them up some. I think the sidewall lists 51psi as max, I'd put them at max when towing.

Weighing is the key to success. You can weigh the truck and trailer at a CAT scale location, and there is a process described in many threads to weigh the truck and trailer disconnected, and the truck and trailer connected with the WDH adjusted, to properly determine what's on each axle.

You can get a tongue weight scale or use a bathroom scale and some pipes.

60 gallons of water is putting 500 pounds unnecessarily on the tongue (or a good portion of it). I suspect that with this and your load you are over max tongue weight, and likely over Payload (see your door sticker).

It should have a bright white/yellow sticker as well. With the payload on it.

This is what mine looks like.

Those are both pretty useless.

Payload and towing capacity are vehicle specific.

Its a combination of engine, drive, axle ratio, cab, bed length, wheel, tire, options, etc.

About the only thing that doesn't affect it is color.

As SixShooter14 says the sales literature and the Ford towing guides do not reflect the real payload or towing capacity for your specific truck. You need to go by the stickers inside the drivers side door. Those are calculated based on your truck's configuration. As an example my truck's payload is 1541 lbs. A similar truck without the 36 gal tank and with the 301A options pkg will come in with a payload that's approximately 150 lbs higher (if not more). Also keep in mind that adding things like bed liners after the purchase will subtract from the maximum payload on your sticker.

You should get the hitch receiver numbers off of the hitch itself. They will be on the side. The capacity w/o a WDH is most likely 500/5000 lbs. The number with a WDH could vary. On my 2015 it is 1100/11000 lbs. I know some model years have a different WDH number than mine. You still need to do the payload calculations and GCVW to determine what your actual towing capacity is.
