Yes, It'll be more stable although the ride quality will suffer some. The "E" tires won't squirm under a load.

Yes you will especially while cornering, or on rough or uneven roads, or in the wind so yes definitely!!! I just replaced my new Goodyear P rated tires and went to Toyo AT2's and it made a huge difference. When I was driving around town I really didn't feel a difference but once I hit any other road at higher speeds it was huge.

P rated, passenger, LT and up, weight carrying, so yeah, under load huge difference, empty though can get rough and bouncy.
Thats why I now have regular road wheels and tires for daily driving and LT wheels and tires for when I tow. I drive more without a load and those LT's can become tiresome after a while.
Now that I think of it, I better put the LT's on when I hitch to the trailer to set up the WDH since they are a different diameter and can affect the setup.

The Toyo AT2's ride very nice, definitely not stiff, I run 40 PSI front and back when not towing and 50 PSI when towing. Also, when I was headed down to pick them up I turned the Decibel meter on my phone on and went down the freeway, then I checked it after having the new tires installed, it went up 2 to 3 decibels which isn't even hardly detectible. I put the stock size on and I didn't notice any change in the mileage either.
