Hey everyone, love reading the posts on here and have learned a lot. I hope you all aren't sick of these type of posts, but I need some help. I have a 2004 F150 XLT Super Crew with 5.4 Triton and tow package (3.73 LS rearend). The truck is stock except for K&N filter and all fluids (engine oil, transmission fluid, both diffs and transfer case) replaced with Royal Purple lubricants.

With that being said I am in the market for a TT purchase but am hesitant because of the TT weight. The TT I am considering is a KZ Frontier 2809 PQSF. The dry weight is around 5500 lbs and loaded around 7000. I know this falls under the max towing limits, but will the truck pull it ok? I live in LA (lower Alabama) and plan on using the TT primarily for trips under 200 miles but may do 500 milers once or twice a year for vacation. Also, any advice on a WD hitch and trailer brake controller would be greatly appreciated. Any tips, tricks, etc on towing or TT setup, would help too.
