Can we get a little less info?

Brand/model of hitch?
Axle ratio?
Air bags?

What's the weight of the 5th wheel?

I've pulled a 28 foot with a 2007 5.4. Not a lot of fun. Just enough power, not enough truck. Airbags are definitely required, and a trans tuner or shift kit is a must. Transmission is just way too mushy to handle the load, and the entire 13 hour trip, I was way too worried about it to relax behind the wheel

Well he's pulling it with a ecoboost, totally different engine then the 5.4. That truck should easily pull that trailer.

The 5th wheel is a 2012 Palimino Sabre 320FQDS
Camper Dry Ship Weight is 8729
Hitch Weight is 1550
Hitch is a Super Glide 3100 12k

Axle Ratio - Will answer this on post later. Need to look it up.

Airbags? New to this so ??

First pull was smooth, about 30 miles.

Good clearance on the back window while turning?

Axle ratio is 3.73, it supposedly can tow 11, 300

The hitch helps with the window clearance by sliding back.

Do you have the heavy duty payload package? If not, you are definitely overloaded from a payload capacity standpoint.
