Default 2011 F150 towing light has no power

I recently installed an LED taillight bar on my 2011 Ford F-150 super crew, but it seems it’s not getting any power. I hooked it up to the towing light wiring but still no power. Not sure if the fuse or wiring might be bad for the tow light hook ups or if I just have it set up wrong. Any one have any input as to what I might be able to do to get it to work?

Don't know about that gen truck, but the smart connector trucks have issues running just lights off the trailer wiring.

Have you ever used the trailer wiring? If not, might be a fuse and/or relay in your glove box you need to install. Or you may require a fuse and/or relay that you don't have.

Hopefully someone will pipe up with the specifics for your year truck. I only replied because it's been two days and you've received no response.

Good luck!
