Both. I will be traveling to Wyoming, Colorado etc. and also taking it off road in these mountains, two types of traveling. I also plan on beaching it sometimes which should be the easiest part of towing this trailer.

The biggest thing with towing was stated above. Always turn off your overdrive while the trailer is hooked up. The 4 speed transmission weak link is towing in overdrive. Other than that you'll be good to go.

Thanks again to all. I will do as you say.

I feel like the baby around all you experienced people and I will need you to mentor me through this experience.

Not a problem, we were all new at this at some point. I give you credit for actually researching this before just hooking up and going.

Hello everyone,

I have a question regarding the equipment I am installing on my truck for the trailer. I am installing a sway bar, stabilizer and break controller. I was reading some other blogs and they mention 4 way sway bars, is this something I should upgrade to?

I'm using the Eqaul-i-zer with 4 way sway control and have had great luck with it!

There are a few big names when it comes to hitches and one persons favorite may not be another persons. But some of the biggest names out there are Equal-i-zer, Reese dual cam, Blue Ox and if you don't mind the price tag there are the two that many consider the best, Hensley and Propride hitches...Good luck, Kevin
