The light duty F250s in the late 90s were 7 lug. They were rebadged as F150 7700 package (not sure if they were called HDPP at the time or not). I would guess the LD F250s had the same 7700# GVWR as the 7700 F150s. The 8800# GVWR was for an early SD F250
