... dark desert highway, cool wind in my hair... Haha. Awesome idea for these icons. However, we still need a rating system, with stars to show how helpful that person is, or isn't.

I tried pushing that here. It's in place on another IB Forum I Belong to.
Made very few rep point's in the help sections. Could not figure out how many members who seldom if ever even showed their face it those section's had literally hundred of Rep Votes.
Then I came across that Forum's off topic section. Where Rep vote whoring was rampant. There were/ are Threads specifically for trading Rep Votes. The more Rep votes you amass, the more the Rep Votes you give are worth. Completely negating any worth of the system as it was meant to be.

See my "Pic's or it didn't Happen" Thread over there:http://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/11...happen-72.html
Notice the line of green marker's each member has showing on the upper right of their post's. There is a "heart" icon members click on to add Rep votes to other members posts, next to the "Report Post" Icon.
Once I discovered that there were Rep Vote Whoreing Thread's tucked away in some section's, the whole Idea became meaningless for me.
I still Rep Vote other member's Post's that are above average because they get a kick out of it, but don't pay much attention to what I've racked up since I found out how the system is being circumvented.

Sad but true. The system tries to keep it from happening, I believe you have to Rep Vote twenty other members before you can Rep vote the same guy again, but...some members work around it by converging on one thread & voting for everybody posting on the thread.
