What about doing an 09-14 With the 3.7 and procharging it? I know the Mustang version is holding some pretty good power, but they have different cams/intake/etc.

You've got me thinking...
3k for forged stroker kit on the 3.7

2k for forged rotating assembly

I didn't realize there was so much aftermarket support.

Hmm. I didn't realize there was a lot of support either. Knew there was some, but that looks like a lot of goodies. Lol

If you could find a wrecked 2014 Tremor that would be sweet. Its a nice interior and has the 4.10 axles on it, not to mention its a regular cab as well. Probably hard to find but would be a good starting point.

Been doing some digging, found these guys:
http://www.bigshocks.com/coilover-shock-packages-1.html
Dirt cheap compared to what I paid for my 3.0s.
Because they mount with heims, they take up more room than a F150 specific variant (King, Icon, Fox, etc...) so hoops up front would be mandatory.
Radflo has brand specific for much less than the big three as well.

Alright... moving away from theory towards reality.
I've been thinking I needed a SCREW for the kids and wife so we could wheel / camp as a family. I have also been leaning towards some utilization of the Eco so I can get the goodness of the tune and have the potential of decent MPGs.
Spent countless hours looking at salvage trucks selling for like 2k less than non wrecked trucks, etc...
I'm sitting in the garage watching the kids play and it dawns on me... why not use what I have? Ecoboost - check, 4 doors and room for kids - check, front end stuff will bolt up - check, front suspension is same as F150 - easy mid travel - check...
All I need to do is figure out how to form fit the bedsides to the sides of the Expy and extend the rear suspension about 3.5". I think the suspension will be easier than the body work. Now I need to find some sponsors... Stock picture but same as the one we have.
