Default Upgrade to Method NV or Fox 2.0 first? Build opinions.

Looking for advice from anyone who has done a suspension upgrade before doing wheels/tires.

Current situation:
Purchased Power Stop Z36 Rotor and Pad upgrade, soon TBI
Stock shocks on 2.5" ReadyLift level - shocks pretty worn (lots of speed bumps and rough roads)
285/70/18 Falken AT3W - 30K miles

Does anyone recommend doing Wheels and spacers before doing suspension? If new brakes bite really hard, old suspension will take more of a beating. Trying to get rid of strut spacers ASAP. Ride quality is currently **** with lots of wheel and axle hop. Current look is too tucked but I thought wheel spacers on stock wheels would look dumb, but finances only allow me to do one thing at a time.

Wheels and tires first? Or wait until current tires need replacing then do it all?
Fox 2.0 F&R + wheel spacers on stock wheels?
Suggestions, discounts, advice, all appreciated.

Doesn't really matter what order. I would do wheel/tire first while your old tires have some life in them. Just to recoup some money. Then do the fox shock and coilovers.
