UNBROKEN’s 2016 Platinum mod thread

I generally don’t do build threads...I’m lazy like that. Thought I might give it a shot and see if I actually keep up with this one.
This heap started life as a stone stock 2016 2wd Platinum last February. Couldn’t pass up the 0% financing at the time.

I didn’t keep too many pics and don’t even have pics of most of the mods to date.
Ceramic tint everywhere including the sunroof.
PTM mirror caps.
Matte black emblems.
Built my own single 3” exhaust with Magnaflow mufflers and a different tip.
I put together a mutt of a drop kit to get what I wanted. BellTech front struts, McGaughys rear flip kit with a custom drop block to get a true 3/5. Fox 2.0 rear shocks and Hellwig swaybars on both ends with modified end links on both ends also.
24x10 Dub 8Ball with Lexani 295/35/24’s
Craftec hinged vinyl tonneau.
Bedrug.
15” black billet antenna.
Inside I cut and rewelded the headrest posts front and back to move them back to a more comfortable spot.
Re-wrapped the steering wheel in black leather with extra padding. (Arthritis is a bitch)
Passport Max radar detector on a blendmount.
ProClip phone holder on a modified Panavise base.
And all that junk looks like this.

I’ve been on a lucrative project in Kuwait for a few months so I’ve stockpiled some parts for when I get home.
First and foremost is a Gen 3 2.9 Whipple with the 1900cfm TB and 3.5” pulley which will be tuned by ID Motorsports and watched over with Auto Meter Sport Comp ll boost and wideband gauges in custom mounts.

I also had my good friend Dan at DC Customs remove the orange reflectors from the oem LED headlights. I’m picky like that.

And I’m probably most excited about finding these two items after a nine month long search. I’d love to thank the member who made this possible but he’s asked to stay anonymous.
OEM tri-coat white door handle pulls and a BNIB Limited grille.

Next up will be Wilwood brakes front and rear...that’s my next big purchase after I return to Kuwait after the holidays.
I won’t be posting much progress...kinda hard to work on something that’s damn near 8000 miles away. lol
I’ll dump some new parts pics when I can and update when possible.

Oh yea...I also bought a pair of new take off front fenders to shave the emblems.

Nice "start", lol. How about some wheel and tire details? Keep throwing that crap at it! Reminds me of when the wife and I went to Cancun. All the street vendors downtown have pretty much the same stuff. One vendor hollers over to us "Hey, my crap is better than his crap" as we were entering another store. Needless to say, we bought shirts and stuff from him.

Your truck is beautiful, one of the top 2 or 3 on this site for sure!

Edited for wheel and tire info. Told ya I’m not good at this. lol

Hey, building the truck is more important than building the thread on it!

I was looking at the the Wilwood brakes for my 2018 and from what I could tell they don't make calipers that work with the electric parking brake. Please tell me I am wrong and that they have a solution for the Platinums with the electric parking brake.

Mine has the Max Tow package and 9.75” rear end...manual parking brake FTW!
