I'm holding off for now. Just going to move onto HIDs. 5000k 55W should give me the look I want. Just have to research to find a quality manufacturer.

Amazing build man. I know lots of guys here around the Gulf that would flip **** for your rod setup.

I can't imagine that many deer on Martha's Vineyard, but if you're crushing them left and right I would imagine you wouldn't want a cheesy light bar to get smashed in the process. Bide your time and save for a legit front replacement with full bars to keep your investment safe. That's my 2 cents, and that's what I'm doing too

Thanks man. I read a study once that found there were more deer on the Vineyard than the entire state of MA and NH. I know they flourish here, and our hunting seasons are crucial for population control. We also have a huge deer tick problem.

I might get the light bar and sell it later. I really want the added lights. Can't fork over the $1500 for a steel bumper right now.

This weekend I'm planning on opening the headlight housings and blacking out the amber corner lenses. Will take pics.

Love the rod holder. That would be perfect for surf fishing. Back the truck up to the water let the line out and put the rods in the holder. Sit back drink a nice cold one and just chill. Might have to copy your design but with less holders. Dont have that many rods. Really like the look of those Rockstarts.

Although I originally built them with transportation only in mind, they have been very useful surf fishing and chillin at bonfires.

http://www.bumpersandbeds.com/index.html

This is the company I've been looking at purchasing from. They have some name brand stuff and some off brand stuff as well, but if you're like me, as long as it works for a low price it's good enough. It's like the Harbor Freight for replacement bumpers lol They are located in Texas though, so shipping might eat your lunch.
