They would DEFINITELY fold these new ones in, and I could see it snapping crap and gear inside the mirror housing if they were powerfold. I'd save money and just get these Zach, they'd look badass on your truck too! Stand by for the write on installing these.
did you get them from the tasca guy or somewhere else?
Start out by removing the 2 screws at the bottom of the door panel.

Pop the rectangular cover on the door handle off. This exposes the 2 screws, remove them, then remove the handle unit.

Pop the cover with the window/lock controls off. Disconnect the harnesses.

Remove the one bolt here

Pop the speaker cover off.

Remove the 4 speaker screws

Disconnect the harness to the speaker

Take this rubber thing off and pull the 2 plastic tabs off

The panel is ready to be removed. Pull up on it to do this.

Now remove the 3 nuts from the mirror bolts.

Disconnect the harness. The mirror isready to be removed. It just pulls off

Installed on passenger side vs standard mirrors.

Thanks Peller. The stars from the Rockstars are drying as I speak. Hopefully I can wash the truck enough to spray a rust protective undercoating on the undercarriage and wheel wells tomorrow.
