This works well. May I suggest using imgur; you upload the pictures and add them to an album in your account and just copy the pic URL to the forum, surrounded by [img] [/img].

I asked in the Forscan thread, but my questions seem to go unanswered over there. I am helping my daughter move soon and putting my old 07 tonneau on and would like some sort of light in the bed. While using the unlock on the fob, the cargo lights come on, thinking of tapping into those if anyone know the positive/negative of the wires that's helpful, also can I use Forscan to leave them on longer? Or I suppose a flashlight may have to do. Truck mods will be on hold for a while.........

Jon, an easy way to get power, already switched, would be to tap into the existing cargo lights on the back of the cab. I did just that for my running board courtesy lights, and my interior floor lights I added.
Just drop your CHMSL assembly and let it dangle. Take your feeds, -/+, and feed them up thru the gap in the headliner, aiming for where the CHMSL is dangling, make your connections there, and tuck as you go behind the headliner to either rear corner, tuck the feeds behind the "C" pillar trim. From there you can run the feeds anywhere you want to get to bed area. Lights will come on when opening a door, manually flipping the interior lights on. They'd operate just like my OEM LED lights in each rear corner of the bed. Just use whatever lights you like. It amazed me how easy it was to grab power there.

Yeah I saw your post on the FORScan thread..... I dont know of any way to increase the time either....I always leave a door semi-latched, that way its closed but the lights will stay on for 15 min.

Tommy, I think in the center display on the dash, you can adjust how long the delay is when you shut a door. Can't recall all of them, might be one that's a long delay. I can't recall now, but don't the cab back cargo lights come on when you turn on the dome lights? I pulled the bulbs out of mine when I first got the truck so, really, not sure now.

Yeah, that's why I leave a door semi-latched...all lights stay on, Cabin & Bed lights. I've got the factory bed lights, but to be honest I forget about them 90% of the time
