Make sure you give the underside a good cleaning. We use liquid calcium and potassium chloride to "pre-wet" salt for the roads here. While it's great at melting snow, it's nasty stuff. It will take a piece of leather and shrink it to 1/3 of it's size and it even deteriorates concrete, which is one of the reasons why our roads are so crappy.

Got some rusty rotors to paint or replace. Hate to replace with only 47k on them.
I'm sure you have your service replacement parts preferences, so I hope I don't sound too cheeky, but, in case you're on the fence for some unknown reason regarding rotors when the time comes and I can't find reasonably priced FoMoCo service replacement rotors for my F150, I will use what I used on my '03 2.3 Duratec ZX3 a few years ago: Centric rotors. I use the non-slotted, non-drilled version.
I was almost astonished at the machined and finish quality of the four rotors when I pulled them from their packaging for inspection. All surfaces not brake-swept were coated, and all holes and edge circumfrences were perfectly chamfered. If anyone here would appreciate how these are made, it'd be The Summerz.

Went to the lake Tuesday, had a football and baseball meeting Wednesday and last night was back to school. Chill boys. Lol, plus its been raining, no dirty pics in my thread.....uh. Anyway, first mods are done. Stubby antenna and I modified the front plate holder from my truck to fit the Flex front bumper. Ford doesn't have an OEM front plate holder for the Flex.

A few pics. Took the afternoon to wire wheel and paint the rotors and calipers, install all new wiper blades, wax wheels inside and out, and put leds in the puddle lights and license plate. Picked up a claybar kit and will get it really clean on Sunday.

Looks nice Jon! I always liked the Flex. I've been looking around, this might be my last 150, and did price out a Flex. Bad thing? I guess Ford is going to discontinue them. Some things Ford does amazes me.
